Before we open a door we ask you to show that you live behind it: identification with the address on it, a tenancy agreement, a bill in your name, or a word from the building administrator, whom we are happy to call ourselves. What the work costs depends on the type of lock, the condition of the cylinder, whether it has to be replaced, the floor and how the building is entered, and the figure is fixed with you before we begin. If your call comes in as Saturday finishes, the next honest slot may be Monday morning, and we will say that rather than string you along.
