In a closed condominium there are usually two people worth involving: the porter, if there is one, and the administrator, who can confirm to us that you belong there. We ask everybody for that proof, in the form of identification showing the address, a tenancy agreement, a bill, or that confirmation from the administrator, and it protects your family's door from anybody who might one day stand outside it inventing a story.
