Where the lock allows it, the door opens and the lock is left in service. We ask for proof of residence before opening any door, and we ask it of everyone: identification carrying the address, a tenancy agreement, a bill in your name, or confirmation from the building administrator, whom we will call ourselves if that is easier. Nobody should open your door without that question, and it takes only a moment.
