Pool water is skimmed and balanced, filters and pump pressure checked, irrigation timers and solenoids tested, gate motors and outdoor lighting verified, and insect screens and shutters worked so they still function when a guest needs them. Small repairs are dealt with during the round; anything larger is photographed, explained and quoted before we start. Guests are supported in Portuguese, English and French, which covers most of the French, British and Dutch visitors who take these houses. Every changeover and every check on a closed property comes back to you as a dated report with photographs of the house, the grounds and the pool.
