The floor is left as we found it. The cleaning follows the same discipline every time. Loose items and mats out, a thorough vacuum through the footwells, the seat bases, the runners and the boot, and only then the surfaces, because starting with a cloth on a dusty dashboard simply relocates the problem. Please take valuables and documents out of the glovebox before we start, and remove any child seat: we will clean the upholstery underneath, but we do not refit the seat, since anchoring it correctly is the owner's responsibility. Fabric that needs more than a vacuum is extracted and then has to air before the car goes back into use, which takes longer in a wet winter week than on a dry summer evening. We work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm, and we are closed on Sunday, so a shift worker's odd hours are usually accommodated somewhere in that.
