Do you need to take the bunk beds apart?
Not necessarily, but it makes a real difference. A top mattress cleaned in the frame cannot be stood up or turned, so only one face gets proper attention and the drying takes considerably longer in an enclosed space. If you can slide the mattresses out onto the floor before we arrive, we clean and extract both sides and the results are better. If the frame cannot be moved, we will still do it and tell you what the compromise costs in quality.
My son sneezes every morning. Will cleaning his mattress help?
It may make the room less dusty, and that is as far as we will go. A deep clean removes the dust and the mites living in the mattress and the bed head, which is a sensible thing to do in a bedroom that stays shut through a damp winter. It is not a diagnosis or a remedy, and if the sneezing has a medical cause the person to ask is his doctor. We would rather say that than sell you a promise we cannot keep.
