My guests often arrive very late at night. Does that cause a problem?
Not for the cleaning, as long as we know. A late arrival usually gives us more of the day, not less, and the flat is finished, locked and reported before the guest lands. What causes problems is the opposite case, an arrival much earlier than the published check-in after a late check-out the same day, so tell us when a guest has asked for early access and we will say honestly whether it fits.
The condominium has a gate and limits visitor parking. How do you get in and unload?
Through an arrangement made with you before the first visit rather than an argument at the barrier. That normally means a gate code or a registered vehicle, an agreed place to stop while linen goes in and out, and a named contact at the concierge desk where there is one. If the estate restricts the hours for deliveries through the common areas, we plan the changeover inside them.
Who holds the keys when I am not in Portugal?
