Beds stripped and remade with replacement sets, towels swapped, bathroom cleaned and descaled, kitchen cleared with the hob degreased and the fridge emptied of what the guest left, wooden floors washed appropriately, tall windows and their frames done, waste separated and removed, consumables restocked from the stock we keep in the flat, and the layout reset to your listing photographs. Nothing is laundered inside the window, because it cannot be. Then the part that matters most to an owner living elsewhere: photographs room by room and a written note of what we found. A scratched worktop, a cracked pane, a blind that no longer holds, a mattress protector at the end of its life, a neighbour's message pushed under the door. Recorded while the flat is empty, it is dated evidence and a to-do list at the same time.
