What we will not do is accept more units in a day than can genuinely be finished before the arrivals.
A guest stayed three weeks. Is that the same clean as a weekend changeover?
No, and it should not be priced or scheduled as if it were. A long stay means the oven, the extractor, the fridge shelves, the washing machine and the shower screen have all been used properly, plus wear along hallways and on soft furnishings. We book a longer slot for those, ideally with a clear day rather than a same-day arrival, and the report tells you what is starting to look tired.
