Air Conditioning Installation in Oeiras

About our service in Oeiras

In an office, everything is governed by the hours. Drilling, running pipework through bulkheads and vacuuming the circuit mean noise, dust and equipment being carried about, and none of that sits well with a full open-plan floor. So we agree to work at the end of the day, on a Saturday morning or in a quieter period, coordinating access, entry passes and the goods lift with the business park's security. We screen off the area, protect desks and IT equipment, and hand the space back clean and usable at the start of the next day. Where the work will not fit into a single window, we set out the phasing before we begin. The technical side in workplaces has demands of its own. In an open-plan floor with clusters of desks, a single unit does not solve it: some people sit directly under the air while others notice no difference at all. We study the plan, the orientation of the glazed elevations and the density of occupation by zone, and distribute several indoor units with the airflow directed away from people's heads. The outdoor units go on the plant deck, on anti-vibration mounts that will not carry noise into the slab of the floor below, with the pipe runs carried on proper tray. In housing, the planned estates of Oeiras centre and Porto Salvo make for easier ground: plant positions set out in the design, balconies with space and bulkheads where pipework runs without chasing. There the main care is sizing room by room and choosing quiet equipment for the bedrooms. In both cases, office or home, we propose planned maintenance with dates agreed well in advance: filters and coils cleaned, pressures checked and drainage tested, done before the summer rather than when the unit is already struggling. In offices we also label the circuit feeding each unit at the distribution board, which makes any future work simpler.
