We need to refit an office without stopping the team. Is that possible?
It is, by phasing. The space is divided into zones, one is worked on while the other stays operational, and noisy tasks are concentrated outside office hours where the building permits it. It needs a detailed programme and daily cleaning discipline, because dust is what most bothers people still working next door. We provide that programme before starting.
The building has very strict works rules. Is that a problem?
Not if they are known before the quote. Loading hours, use of the service lift, required insurance, prior notification to building management and escape conditions during the work are normal restrictions in business buildings. What causes problems is discovering them after signing up to a programme that did not account for them.
Can I build whatever I like on my plot?
