The bank is above my house and I do not know who owns it. Can you clear it anyway?

Not without instruction from whoever does own it. We work within the boundaries of the plot our client controls, and cutting on ground that belongs to someone else, or to the município, is not something we will take on for a neighbour however overgrown it is. If it turns out to be your land after all, we will happily clear it. If it is not, the câmara municipal is the right place to raise the state of it.

How do you get the cut material off a terrace with no road access?

By hand, in stages, along whatever route exists. Usually that means bagging or bundling the growth, carrying it up or down the steps and loading it into a vehicle parked as close as we can legally get. That distance is one of the biggest cost drivers in Algés, which is why we insist on seeing it before quoting.
