Track dust and dried mud are seasonal opposites of the same problem. In summer the dust is everywhere, including the tops of the door shuts and the rear of the boot lip, and it is lifted out rather than pushed about. In winter, mud that has dried in the footwells is broken up and extracted; wet mud is better left to dry before we touch it, and if you call us the morning after a downpour we may suggest the following day instead.
