Keeping used oil in a bottle and taking it to the collection point, fitting a strainer in the kitchen sink, letting nothing but toilet paper go down the toilet, and running plenty of hot water through after cooking are habits that space out breakdowns considerably in a house with a lot of people in it. We explain this at the end of every visit, because it is more useful than coming back in three months. We work Monday to Saturday, from nine in the morning to eight in the evening, we give priority to homes with sewage escaping, and we say plainly when we can only come the following morning.
