About our service in Loures
Loures is a municipality of two realities. To the south, the urban belt of Sacavém, Moscavide and Santa Iria de Azóia, with everything close at hand; to the north, rural parishes such as Bucelas and Fanhões, where the nearest house may be some kilometres away and the nearest public office a good deal further than that. For anyone living in that part of the municipality, particularly older people without a car or with scarce public transport, handing in a document costs a whole morning and a lift from somebody. That is why so many matters are put off until they can no longer be put off, and only then turn complicated. Our work here is mostly travel and continuity. Nor do we promise any decision: we commit to the trips, to delivery within the deadline and to documented proof of every step, which is exactly what is lacking when you live far out.
