Office Cleaning in Belém

About our service in Belém

Belém is not a district of office towers. What exists here are head offices installed in the grand old buildings of Restelo and Junqueira, practices on converted floors near Ajuda, and administrative services tied to the cultural and tourist activity along the riverfront. These spaces share one operational detail that matters: they receive visitors. There is a reception counter, a waiting area with chairs and magazines, a restroom used by people from outside and an entrance hall with a glass door that is marked within half a day. We assess this public part first, because it is the part that needs the highest frequency. Then come the working rooms themselves. In period buildings there is parquet, tall skirting, wooden window frames and sometimes furniture that will not take aggressive products; we use a neutral product and a well-wrung damp cloth, without soaking joints or thresholds. In rooms with paper archives we vacuum the top of the shelving and wipe the free shelves, but we do not move files or case folders. In technical rooms with printers and small servers we clean the outside dry and stay away from air intakes and cabling. Dust off the river comes in on the wind and settles on high surfaces, so anything above eye level goes into the monthly routine. The frequency most often requested in Belém is an intermediate one: two or three visits a week, with daily attention to the public restrooms only where footfall justifies it. We restock paper, soap and hand towels and flag when consumption rises, which it always does when there are open meetings or group visits. We separate paper, packaging and glass. Times are agreed outside your public hours, Monday to Saturday between 9am and 8pm, usually early on a Saturday afternoon or after the doors close; we do not provide a night or Sunday service.
