Office Cleaning in Campo de Ourique
Campo de Ourique is a neighbourhood of professional practices: solicitors, accountants, therapists and small consultancies on the floors of buildings from the 1930s to the 1950s. Almost all of them share two problems, stairs with no lift and a great deal of archived paper.

About our service in Campo de Ourique
The typical office here occupies a converted residential floor: an entrance hall, two or three rooms, a small kitchenette and a single restroom. The building has a stone staircase, a wooden handrail and, in most cases, no lift. That settles from the outset what equipment we bring, always light and hand-carried, and explains why we measure the access during the site visit. In these floors the work is not about large areas but about detail: tall skirting, panelled doors, brass handles, parquet that creaks and wooden windows that let in dust from Rua Ferreira Borges and the streets around the market. Paper archives are the second constant. Law and accountancy practices keep case files on open shelving, folders stacked on top of cupboards and documents left on desks between working sessions. Our rule is simple and does not change: we clean around things and never over what is laid out, we do not tidy papers, stack folders or move anything. Shelves are vacuumed from the top with a soft brush, so dust is not pushed into the files, and free shelves are wiped with a dry cloth. Meeting rooms holding sensitive documentation can stay locked or be cleaned with someone from the practice present. The frequency that suits these spaces is weekly or twice weekly, with a quarterly deep clean covering glazing, window frames, upholstered chairs and the tops of cupboards. In consulting rooms we add disinfection of couches, armrests and contact points, with a product suited to the material. The stated contact time is respected, which is where rushed cleaning usually fails. We restock the restroom and the kitchenette and warn you before supplies run out. We work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm, usually at the end of the day once the last client has left, or on a Saturday morning; we do not provide a night or Sunday service.

Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently asked questions about office cleaning in Campo de Ourique:
My office is on a third floor with no lift. Is that a problem?
No. We adapt the equipment to the access and work with light machines. We only ask you to tell us the floor before booking, so we size the team and the length of the visit correctly.
Can you clean without touching case files and folders?
That is exactly how we work. We clean around whatever is laid out, we do not open folders or move papers, and shelving is vacuumed from above with a soft brush so no dust is pushed into the files.
How is a weekly contract worked out?
The area, the number of rooms and restrooms, the frequency and the type of tasks all count, because a consulting room that needs disinfection takes longer than an administrative office. We see the space and send a no-obligation quote.
