We clean the threshold and the entrance, empty the paper bin beside the letterboxes where the condominium allows one, and wash the glass of the street door on both sides. We work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm, on a fixed day and time so residents know when to expect us, and we hand the manager a written note whenever we find something that needs repair.
