Office Cleaning in Benfica

About our service in Benfica

Along the Estrada de Benfica and in the streets of Grão Pará and Calhariz you find family firms, workshops with an office attached, technical practices and small head offices in mixed residential and commercial blocks. In these premises the dirt does not start in the office: it comes into it. It arrives from the warehouse on people's shoes, it comes in from a street with constant traffic, and it settles on desks as fine dust. So we start by looking at the boundary between the two zones, the connecting door, the matting, the corridor, and where there is none we recommend a barrier mat at the entrance, which solves more than any product applied afterwards. The work plan keeps the areas clearly apart. In the administrative part we vacuum and clean desks, contact points and internal glazing, with IT equipment treated dry. In the technical or warehouse area the job is sweeping and washing the floor, cleaning benches and emptying waste, with products and equipment separate from those used at the front, so grease and dust are not carried through to the office. We use colour-coded cloths by zone, a simple practice that prevents cross-contamination and makes a real difference in premises with a workshop. Restrooms and the changing room, where there is one, are the most demanding point for these clients, particularly where the work is manual. We sanitise toilets, basins and showers, treat drains and traps against odours, and restock paper, soap and hand towels at the agreed frequency. In the kitchenette and staff room we clean the microwave, the worktop and the fridge at the intervals agreed. Typical frequency here is daily or three times a week for the administrative part and weekly for the technical area. We work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm, fitting visits in after closing or on Saturdays; we do not cover early-morning or Sunday shifts.
