Office Cleaning in Queluz

About our service in Queluz

The local pattern is clear: many of these premises stay open into the early evening, because they serve people who work in Lisbon and only get back to the neighbourhood late in the afternoon. That shortens the window for cleaning with nobody present. Our answer is to come in during the morning, before opening, or straight after closing, always within our hours of Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm. We do not promise early-morning or Sunday shifts, because we do not work them; what we do is design the plan around the client's real timetable, splitting tasks between a morning visit and an end-of-day visit when that is the only way to cover everything. In clinics and consulting rooms the work carries extra requirements. We disinfect couches, armrests, waiting room chairs, handles and contact surfaces with a suitable product and the correct contact time, which is the most common mistake when cleaning is rushed. We keep clinical-area and administrative-area equipment clearly separate. Waste follows the streams defined by the client, and we never handle clinical waste containers, which are the responsibility of the specialist operator the practice has under contract. In administrative offices the routine is the usual one: desks, filing without touching documents, IT equipment cleaned dry, vacuuming and washing of floors, sanitised restrooms and restocked consumables. The waiting room deserves a mention of its own, because it is where the cleaning is visible: magazines straightened, a floor without marks, chairs cleaned under the arms, door glass without fingerprints. We agree the frequency according to footfall, between three visits a week and a daily one, and leave a written record of what was done each time. In premises open for many hours at a stretch, the waiting room and the restroom gain a short midday pass, which costs little time and stops the space reaching late afternoon already worn.
