Most of these blocks have a collective garage or basement parking shared by every entrance, and a single bin point for the whole block. That is the area where responsibility gets diluted and where the result shows most. It goes into the plan with its own day: sweeping, washing the circulation lanes, scrubbing the ramp, and washing and disinfecting the container space. We work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm, with a fixed day per entrance, equipment and consumables included, and we hand the manager the record of what was done in each stairwell, so complaints can be checked instead of argued over. One more thing these estates share: the bin stores sit at the foot of a single entrance and serve blocks that did not vote for the same contract. We clean what the building we work for is responsible for, and we say plainly where that responsibility stops rather than letting the question sour relations between neighbours.
