On floors with hot-desking, very common in the newer companies here, we clean and disinfect each station at the end of the day, including armrests, docking stations and monitors, always dry on anything electrical. Waste is handled under the condominium's rules, which usually means dedicated bins and set times for taking rubbish down. We carry the bags to those points, separating paper, packaging, glass and capsules, and we flag when a bin is constantly full, because that normally means the contracted volume no longer matches the office. We restock washroom and kitchenette supplies before they run out. We work Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 8pm, coming in after the teams leave or before the working day starts; we do not provide a night or Sunday service, and we plan the calendar with that limit in view.
