Office Cleaning in Carcavelos

About our service in Carcavelos

Being close to the beach, and the constant movement between the station, the international schools and the developments at Sassoeiros and Rana, means offices here take in abrasive dirt all year round. Sand is not just dust: it scratches vinyl flooring, clogs chair castors and packs into joints. The first point in our plan is therefore the entrance, with barrier matting of adequate size, daily vacuuming of that area and washing of the hall more often than the rest of the premises. Where the existing mat is too short we say so, because one metre of matting does not hold back what three metres will. On vinyl floors we also suggest replacing chair castors once sand is embedded in them, since they score the floor with every movement. Many clients in the area have training rooms, tutoring rooms or meeting rooms in heavy use. These rooms are left disordered after each session: tables moved, chairs out of place, boards written on, cups forgotten. We agree in advance whether we reset the table layout and how many configurations exist, because that is working time and it has to be in the proposal. We clean boards with a suitable product, avoiding those that leave a film, and we treat projectors and screens only on the outside and dry, without touching lenses or filters. Restrooms in heavy use need more than one pass a day in busier periods, with paper and soap restocked at midday rather than only at the end. Where there are showers, common in offices used by people arriving by bike or straight from the beach at lunchtime, we include washing them and treating the drains. We separate waste and pay attention to bottles and packaging left in the rooms. The service runs Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 8pm, with visits fitted in before classes and meetings begin or after closing; we do not provide a night or Sunday service.
