About our service in Cascais
The first thing that sets this municipality apart is the sea air. Glazing, aluminium frames, handrails and any outdoor office furniture pick up salt carried on the wind, particularly in the more exposed stretches between Guincho and the town centre. Dried salt on glass does not come off with a quick wipe: it leaves a film that only clears with proper washing and a squeegee. For that reason we include internal glazing more often than usual and propose a realistic frequency for the accessible external openings, rather than promising they will always look flawless, which on this part of the coast would not be true. The second feature is the size of the teams. Many clients in Cascais are structures of five to fifteen people, with one open room, a meeting room, a kitchenette and one or two restrooms. In those cases two or three visits a week are enough, provided the kitchenette is dealt with on every visit: it is where left crockery, the coffee machine and food waste collect, and in a small office they are noticed immediately. In converted villas there are areas an ordinary office does not have, such as an entrance garden, a porch and internal stairs, and those are set out explicitly in the proposal so there is no misunderstanding. Seasonality is felt here as well. Between spring and the end of summer activity rises, there are more visitors and more meetings, and several clients temporarily increase the frequency, returning to the normal plan in the autumn. We work with that adjustment without penalising anyone who asks for it. We restock washroom and kitchenette supplies, separate paper, packaging and glass into the local streams, and report anything we find broken, such as a leaking cistern or a blocked drain. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm, coming in before the working day or after closing; we do not work nights or Sundays.

Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently asked questions about office cleaning in Cascais:
Does the glazing stay clean despite the sea air?
It is clean after each wash, but the salt settles again, especially in the spots most exposed to the wind. What we do is set a realistic frequency for the glazing instead of promising a permanent result.
Can we increase the cleaning only over the summer?
Yes. Several offices in the area raise the frequency between spring and the end of summer and then return to their usual plan. We adjust the contract to that rhythm, with notice of each change.
How much does cleaning an office of ten people cost?
It depends on the area, the number of rooms and restrooms, the frequency and any extra zones such as a garden or external stairs in a converted villa. We carry out a site visit, or assess from photographs, and present a no-obligation quote.
