Office Cleaning in Estoril

About our service in Estoril

These offices have finishes that will not take a supermarket routine. Waxed timber floors and staircases, panelled doors, mouldings, brass handles, natural fibre rugs and antique furniture sit alongside current IT equipment. Each material asks for different handling: waxed wood is cleaned with very little moisture and a compatible product, brass loses its shine if anything abrasive touches it, and a natural fibre rug is vacuumed but never wetted. During the site visit we identify the materials one by one and write down what each of them takes, so that anyone on the team follows the same procedure in any given week. Discretion is the second requirement. These practices hold confidential meetings, client documentation and, often, restricted access to certain rooms. We work with a fixed, identified team that arrives at the same agreed time, does not wander into rooms outside the plan, does not handle papers and does not answer telephones. Where the client prefers it, we stay in the common areas and the private rooms are cleaned on set dates with a member of staff present. We do not photograph interiors and we do not talk about what we see: it sounds obvious, but it is one of the questions we are asked most often before a contract is signed here. Being close to the sea adds maintenance. Windows pick up salt, wooden frames need regular checking, and rugs hold the sand carried in from the streets by the coast road. We include sills, frames and internal glazing in the routine, and vacuum rugs with a suitable brush so the fibre is not pulled. We restock the restrooms and the kitchenette and report any fault we come across. The work is done Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 8pm, generally late in the afternoon once the last client has left, or on a Saturday morning; we do not provide a night or Sunday service.
