We record what was done sector by sector, which lets the facilities manager see the service without having to check room by room. Floor kitchenettes are the point of heaviest wear: coffee machines in constant use, microwaves, crockery left behind and bins that fill quickly. We deal with them on every visit, with descaling and deep cleaning of the machines at the interval agreed with the client. Waste is separated under the park's rules, which usually require distinct streams for paper, packaging, glass, capsules and food waste. We work Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 8pm, with shifts placed before the teams arrive or after they leave; we do not cover night shifts or Sundays.
