Pest Control in Oeiras

About our service in Oeiras

Pest control in Oeiras splits between homes and workplaces, and it is in the workplace that the method has to change. An office building concentrates, on every floor, a kitchenette with a microwave and a coffee machine, bins emptied only at the end of the day and leftovers on desks. That is constant, regular food, exactly what sustains a cockroach population. The construction helps too: raised access floors, suspended ceilings, cable routes, air conditioning ducts and vertical risers form a continuous network between floors that nobody opens or cleans. An application made only at the kitchenette skirting never reaches it, which is why the problem always comes back in the same spot. The work starts by mapping that network with whoever manages the building: which floors connect, where the risers are, how the cabling runs, where the plant rooms and the refuse store sit. We lift access floor panels and ceiling tiles at the most likely points, apply gel and certified products along those internal routes and leave closed stations in the waste areas and plant rooms. In rooms with IT equipment and server racks we work without spraying and without moisture, applying at closed points, because the risk of damaging equipment is not worth any shortcut. For rodents, the priority is sealing cable entries and the loading bay and garage doors, which are the routes actually in use. Logistics are part of the service. We work outside operating hours, at the end of the day or on a Saturday, arranging access, cards and escorting with the business park security in advance. We hand over a written record of every point treated, with the date and the product applied, a document most companies need for internal audits and for their own clients. In homes, in Oeiras centre, Paço de Arcos or Santo Amaro de Oeiras, we keep the same logic on a smaller scale: inspection, targeted application and an explanation of what to watch for afterwards.
