Office Cleaning in Algueirão-Mem Martins

About our service in Algueirão-Mem Martins

The rapid growth of this parish has left a concrete mark on daily life in its offices: construction dust. Refurbishment in neighbouring buildings, roadworks and new building at Serra das Minas and Tapada das Mercês release fine particles that come in through windows and doors and settle on every surface, vertical ones included. Building dust is not cleaned like household dust. Lifting it with a dry cloth simply spreads it; our approach is to vacuum first with a suitable filter, working from the top down, and only then to go over with a damp cloth, repeating where necessary. We say honestly when a space will need more than one visit before it settles. The second characteristic of these clients is the mix of functions in one space. An administrative room, a storage or preparation area, sometimes a small workshop, and a restroom shared by everyone. We separate cleaning equipment by area and set different frequencies: the office with frequent visits, the storage area weekly or fortnightly, the restroom and kitchenette on every visit. That split avoids paying for work in areas that do not need it and too little work where it is needed. Where the same person moves between the office and the storage area through the day, we also suggest a mat at the connecting door, which stops most of the dust travelling across on shoes. In the office itself we follow the normal routine: desks, contact points, IT equipment cleaned dry, documents untouched, vacuuming and washing of floors and internal glazing. We check window tracks and ventilation grilles, which in a setting with building work nearby clog quickly and harm indoor air quality. We restock washroom consumables and separate waste, including the larger volumes of cardboard these firms generate. We work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm, fitting visits in before opening or after closing; we do not provide a night or Sunday service.
