Anyone making video calls from home needs stable sound, camera and connection, and needs to know the fallback when the line drops — usually tethering from a phone, which we set up and test. School work and working files get an automatic copy, onto an external drive or to the cloud, with a check in front of you that the copy really is happening. We book late in the day or on a Saturday, within our opening hours, so we catch the household with everybody in and can test each device.
